ABOUT
I first came to acupuncture and Chinese Medicine over a decade ago while seeking to improve all aspects of my health. The wonderful outcomes inspired me to share the gift of this medicine with others. I aim to improve the quality of life of those that I work with. I draw on the experience of my own healing journey to help others navigate their path to wellness.
In addition to my acupuncture studies, I have received additional training in modern pain science, myofascial needling, Balance Method acupuncture, and medical Qigong. My practice has been influenced by the Chinese martial arts, somatic therapy, Daoist and Buddhist philosophy, and the works of Carl Jung. I am a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) authorized to practice in British Columbia by the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC.

TREATMENTS
While needles can sometimes be the best tool for the job, there are other options on hand for achieving similar results. Each have their own unique effect but there are some overlaps in their use for various conditions. If at any point you have reservations about the use of needles during your treatment, please let me know and we can discuss which other options would be best suited to your treatment goals.
